Under sommaren har det utannonserats en tjänst för att kartlägga de vetenskapliga och publika aktiviteterna som Hans Bender genomförde som professor, med inriktning på parapsykologi.

Eberhard Bauer vid IGPP Freiburg (Das Institut für Grenzgebiete der Psychologie und Psychohygiene, www.igpp.de) meddelar:

The Historical Department of Freiburg University (Germany) is offering a Postdoc Position for three years for a German speaking scholar with a Ph.D. in history. The goal of the project is to investigate the scientific and public activities of Professor Hans Bender (1907-1991), a
pioneer of German post-war parapsychology, at the University of Freiburg within the time period ca. 1945 to 1975 from a historical point of view.

The project leader is Professor Sylvia Paletschek, a historian of Freiburg University (see job description below). Our Institute is cooperating closely with Prof Paletschek.
